What foods do I have to give up for this diet?

This is not a diet. I'm sure you've heard that before but this is totally different from anything you've tried in the past. Instead of a huge list of rules and forbidden foods you will learn to savor and enjoy every bite like never before. You'll enjoy your eating experiences more, not less.

Using hypnosis, you'll naturally stop when you've eaten enough to achieve and maintain your ideal body weight. This happens just as easily and naturally as that old overweight behavior used to happen.

FAQs

When does the next group experience start.

The next round starts on January 1 and our first live call will take place on January 3 at 6:00 Mountain Time. Here's what time that is in your neck of the woods.

If you can't make the live call, it's totally ok. Each call is recorded and made available in the secret Facebook group so you can watch it later. These calls are really fun and are a great way to bond with others in the group so I suggest you set aside Thursday evenings in January so you can join us.

This is a popular class so I encourage you to sign up early. 

Isn't hypnosis mind control?

Yes, it is! But it's not me controlling your mind. It's you learning to control your own mind instead of letting thoughts about food, or negative body image control your mind. 

You will begin to see yourself as capable, worthy, safe and free. Many people can't even comprehend life without food or weight issues. 

That's all about to change.

You always have a choice with hypnosis. You can decide to accept or reject any hypnotic suggestion you receive. 

You may be surprised to find out that you've already been hypnotized many times. In fact, weight issues are actually a form of hypnosis. 

In a sense, you'll become DE-hypnotized in the next 30 days as you truly understand who you REALLY are. Capable, free, and in control.

How does this group work?

Good question. Once a week we will meet over Zoom. This is like Skype only better and you're able to connect with other people in the group as if we were in person. 

Zoom is easy because you can join from the comfort and privacy of your own home and choose to turn your camera on or keep it off and stay anonymous. I'll teach you exactly how to log in. It's very easy - even if you consider yourself technologically challenged. 

Every day you will . . .
1. Listen to a short (less than 10 minutes) self-hypnosis recording that programs your mind for victory. 
2. Read your daily email and watch a short video. The videos are fun and less than 10 minutes long. 
3. Listen to a short self-hypnosis recording right before you fall asleep at night to program your subconscious to be naturally thin and fit without willpower. 

If you're not ready to commit 30 minutes per day for 30 days in a row, this might not be the right time to sign up. But if you do, you will be free of weight issues from now on.
